FCRS Diamond Anniversary

I had an exciting day today. We went to the Flatcoated Retriever Society Diamond Anniversary meeting at Wishaw. We have never seen so many of my breed before, never mind in one place. I just watched and tried to make friends with as many dogs as possible. I even met another Dexter my age - he was half a flatcoat. The best bit was when I was allowed to swim and retrieve a dummy from the fishing pond!

I had a great time this morning. I jumped full length into the pond and loved it! I found the only part that wasn't covered. It was the shortest way from A to B, so why bother to go round? I have been dried off and am resting quietly before my next social engagement.
